White Production Design were recently contracted by Production Element to provide set, lighting, video, rigging and audio services to a graduation fashion show for Winchester University. Event producer and designer Clare Copland specified a classic straight cat-walk with white canvas-covered reveal to provide the best environment for the clothes to do the talking. In addition, a number of installations of large format displays were used around the venue to show further work by the students during the reception and after-party.
Catwalk lighting was taken care of by 32 Arri 650w fresnels. Additional Chauvet Well-Flex wireless LED uplighters were included to add colour to the space.
Live video and audio links to backstage were provided along with a distributed D&B Audiotechnik sound system for music replay and speech.
