White Production Design were delighted to work with Ong-Oaj Pairam on his Autumn/Winter 2016 Collection Launch in February. The event was produced by Premier Communications who contracted White PD to provide lighting, audio and backstage services. Designer Ong-Oaj is always keen that each show has a unique production look and the look for this show was ‘studio’. White PD presented a collection of around 40 x Arri Tungsten fixtures ranging from 300w Juniors to 2000w T2 Fresnels. The fixtures were supplemented with Chimeras, C-stands and booms to further enhance the look.
The lighting fixtures, installed by Lighting Designer Stu Brown with the assistance of Grant Witton, provided a fabulous combination of form and function. The combination of C-Stands with Chimeras give the classic studio look, but they are also about as good as it gets for lighting this kind of show. In addition to the lighting, White PD supplied numerous D&B enclosures from the Y and T series as well as live video links and comms for the show producers.
