The D&B Z5377 swivel bracket is specifically for mounting E6 loudspeakers in a vertical orientation.
With the addition of the Z5024 stand adaptor, it can also be used to mount the E6 on a loudspeaker stand or a pole/sub configuration. With a doughty half coupler & safety it can be used to mount the E6 on a pipe or flow truss grid.
