The E8 is a 2-way high performance coaxial loudspeaker that can be deployed either horizontally or vertically. It can be mounted on a stand or flown using a variety of D&B brackets. It also features a built pole mount receiver. In standard mode the E8 has a frequency response of 62Hz to 18kHz with a 150/800W power handling capacity and can be used with either our D20 or D80 amplifier, producing a max SPL of 129dB. 4 of these loudspeakers can be used per amplifier channel.
The E8 features an 8″ driver with neodymium magnet and a 1″ exit compression driver with 1.75″ coil and a CD horn with a nominal dispersion of 90° x 50° rotatable through 90 degrees. They can be used as a stand-alone full-range system or with the addition of a sub from the D&B range.
These loudspeakers are suited to a wide range of event situations including speech and music applications. With its multifaceted shape, it is also ideal for stage monitoring. White Production design hold the E8 in either black or white enclosures and they are available for rental in 2 or 4-way touring flightcases.
