The DS10 audio network bridge is a dedicated Dante to AES interface. In a compact 1u chassis it boasts 4-in 16-out AES3 and a built in 5 port network switch. It accepts both primary and redundant Dante lines and offers advanced functions such as multicast filtering and VLAN modes.
The DS10 gives the option to connect a laptop to control D&B 4 channel amplifiers via the R1 Remote control software and the OCA/AES70 (Open Control Architecture) protocol. The AES3 channel streams from the DS10 can carry Dante channel labels and cabling information to the four channel d&b amplifiers. It integrates seamlessly (almost like magic – it’s scary how good it is) with Yamaha CL and DM consoles.
