36 way MDU rack

This is a custom built 36 way, 125A 3phase mains distribution unit. It is manufactured in a 10u rack chassis enclosure and supplied in a suspended touring rack. The unit features a flying tail for the inlet and also has a 125A 3phase direct link out for daisy chaining – making the linking of multiples of these racks straight forward and without needing additional cables.

30 of the channels are on socapex connectors (breakered with 30mA RCBO’s at 16A), 3 of the channels on 32A 1phase ceeforms (L1, L2, L3) and the last 3 circuits are accessed on combo TRUE1/powerCON connectors. In addition to the 36 single phase circuits the distro also features a 32A and 63A 3phase outlet for powering other distribution units, dimmers and production racks.

The unit is built with neon indicators on both the front (for the breakers) and the rear (adjacent to the connectors) to give the best possible visual feedback to technicians. A digital meter and chunky earth bond point complete the package. These racks are available on a dry hire basis to trade rental customers or as part of complete event production technical packages.
