The Black Magic Design SDI to HDMI 4K mini converter is a broadcast quality video interface. Video inputs, with a sampling rate of 4:2:2 and 4:4:4, include 1.5G, 3G-SDI and 6G-SDI, whilst video output is 4K HDMI. All formats are automatically detected and switched.
Using the redundant SDI input, system reliability can be increased by running a 2nd SDI cable as a back up, in case the first is damaged. The compact design of the mini converters mean they can be used anywhere, and the built in multi function switches allows users to simply change settings during operation.
