The EXE Rise 500kgs d8+ is an LVC electric chain hoist for entertainment and exhibition rigging. The compact chassis of this industry standard motor make it ideal for rigging in event situations where trim heights are limited. It has a low self-weight of 41kgs inc chain so is a good choice when point loading is limited. Our 500kgs motors have 21m of 6×18 chain fitted for a comfortable 20m lift.
The EXE rise series of motors were built from the ground up specifically for event rigging and they have a number of innovative features. The clutch is positioned on the motor shaft in front of the motor assembly, outside of the load path. The hoists also have swivel hooks and a custom chain-bag guide so the motor can be used in self climbing orientation or motor up if required. Both the chain and body have swivel-hooks fitted and the motors feature an IP55 rating.
